- Send us an enquiry or call us on 01235 330133 with the date and times that you would like us to host your Old School Sports Day event.
- We email you a link to your online event page where you can pay your £50 non refundable deposit to confirm your event.
- Final group numbers and balance due three weeks before your event.
- Once your balance has been paid we will email you with an electronic eventpack containing all the details of your booking.

WHERE CAN YOU DO OLD SCHOOL SPORTS DAY
Old School Sports Day is available nationwide. We have outdoor venues in set locations across the UK but if you have your own outdoor venue, we can also host a Sports Day event there. To have the event at your own venue, we would need a clear and flat outdoor space of approximately 25m x 25m, ideally either grass, 3G/4G or astro turf surface, access to a power source and parking close to the playing area.

Old School Sports Day is suitable for all ages and abilities. It’s particularly popular for Hen Parties, Stag Dos, and outdoor Team Building Events. We offer tailored Company Sports Days and Team Building Sports Days that cater to large groups, ensuring everyone can join in the fun.

For Team Building and Corporate Sports Days in particular, it’s perfectly suited to large groups and can really encourage some competitive spirit! Overall, Sports Day is a great option if you have a varied group and you’re looking for something which can suit everyone.
WHAT HAPPENS ON AN ADULT SPORTS DAY EVENT
On the day of your Sports Day event, you will meet your event coordinator who will run the event from start to finish. ITeams will be formed, and you’ll be given team bibs. Your host will guide you through a series of hilarious games like the Bean Bag Race, Spacehopper Race, and Egg and Spoon Race. Expect plenty of laughs and friendly competition, with scores kept throughout and a winning team announced at the end!
Old School Sports Day accommodates groups from 8 to 250+ participants. Pricing is based on a minimum of 10 people, but the event is easily adaptable for larger groups, making it perfect for big gatherings.
